Like many startups, IDLO had humble beginnings in a garage. Today, however, it has grown into a sizable production facility in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, employing over 20 people. Our production processes conform to the stringent ISO 22000/HACCP food safety control standards. While those are complicated technical terms, the key point is that we have built robust processes adhering to the highest standards, so customers can be assured of uncompromising quality and safety at every stage - from raw materials to the final product on store shelves.

We carefully vet suppliers to ensure raw materials meet our exacting standards for both quality and taste. Additionally, we regularly conduct random testing of raw materials at independent laboratories for an extra layer of scrutiny. Our own kitchen serves as a veritable R&D center, where our culinary experts develop new recipes and prepare all IDLO's ingredients and dishes.

IDLO products are made from 100% natural ingredients, free from any artificial colorings or preservatives. Their exceptionally long shelf life stems exclusively from a low moisture content achieved through our core freeze-drying process. This high-tech, time and energy-intensive method allows our products to remain preservative-free for extended periods while retaining their full flavor and nutritional value. To optimize costs without compromising taste, IDLO employs a combination of freeze-drying and infrared drying across its recipes.

Freeze-drying machines of various capacities, coupled with an automated packaging line and backup power sources, ensure IDLO can consistently deliver its perfectly crafted products in the required quantities to customers, regardless of external factors.
