Ingredients: couscous (70%), freeze-dried sauteed vegetables: onion, carrot, bell pepper, zucchini (13%), freeze-dried cooked turkey (11%), dried parsley, dried garlic, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, salt.

Cooking instructions: open the pack, remove an oxygen absorber, add boiling water up to level 3 on the ruler inside, stir well, zip the pack, and wait for 10 minutes. Add boiling water, if necessary. Don't panic if you nibbled an absorber, it's absolutely safe.
