Ingredients: oat flakes (75%), walnuts (10%), chocolate (7%), coconut, cinnamon, sunflower seeds, honey, vegetable oil.

Cooking instructions: open the pack, remove an oxygen absorber, add milk, yogurt, or water up to level 2 on the ruler inside, stir well, zip the pack, and wait for 10 minutes. Don't panic if you nibbled an absorber, it's absolutely safe.

По відчуттям потрібно менше лити води ніж вказано на упаковці, але з йогуртом в магазині недалеко дуже сподобалося
