Ingredients: buckwheat flakes (76%), plant-based meatballs (10%), freeze-dried stewed vegetables: onion, carrot (10%), tomato paste, freeze-dried parsley, salt, black pepper.

Cooking instructions: open the pack, remove an oxygen absorber, add boiling water between levels 3 and 4 on the ruler inside, stir well, zip the pack, and wait for 10 minutes. Add boiling water, if necessary. Don't panic if you nibbled an absorber, it's absolutely safe.
